Where does the KVS tool get its data and is KVS authorized to provide this data in the manner it is presented?
The tool is known to access a variety of web sites, many in a manner that is not authorized. Please see the next section of this Wiki for a list of sites believed to be accessed and their data access policies (where known).
Additionally, under some conditions the tool appears to access sites via a KVS-operated back end. This means that the tool is not just a 'web browser' that runs via a user's machine. No detailed public information is available about how this works or whether any of this back-end access is authorized.

Hello KVS tool team.
I've been having problems with VS and BA methods lately. (started about a week ago). Error codes are the same 12057:Gopher- attribute not found . Tried switching default browser, but it didn't help. Running latest 7.7.0 Do you have any suggestions how to fix that?

I'm disappointed in KVS' recent actions, and their further response to questions. Of course they never told users to abuse a institution's lack of security, they just provided "hints".

But even though the award searching seems to be fine, I don't expect to be renewing (which, unfortunately, won't be until September 2015). I'll lose some of the convenience, but I don't feel that KVS is worth supporting for now.

Now that KVS has reveal their questionable business model, I've changed all my FFP login/passwords. Who knows if they get routed to KVS servers or not especially since reverse engineering the program is against their ToS. I have a legitimate GTC account and no way I'm putting those credentials into KVS.

Since Fiddler is breaking the licence agreement for the KVS scraper tool, perhaps I can be of assistance and provide (most of) the URL strings in the KVS binary. I was also accused of breaking the user agreement, with no evidence.
I was asked to provide source of all (yes, all) of my posts.
I provided an example of public information and I was told this was not good as that public information could have been obtained with a violation of the user agreement.
Now I have been provided specific posts that are in violation of the user agreement.
I have agreed to provide the specific example of the public information for each post to provide evidence my post was based on public information.
It is very arrogant and ignorant to assume KVS is the only software/person capable of scraping a website.

The question was for the moderators because you have a demonstrated a habit of avoiding answering the questions, even with very specific. I look forward to their response.
Good example, you address this post by myself (directed at the moderators) but ignore the preceding post questioning functionality of your product (which had a direct question to yourself).
Please avoid these specific questions:
1) Does KVS Tool have the authorization of Amadeus through the use of wftc2.e-travel.com to provide schedule information?
2) Prove instructions to replicate access to schedule information with any other web browser [don't worry, I know you can't, because real web browsers have no method to generatre the http post commands required to provide the information as Amadeus provides no linked access to that server]
3) Define Web Scraper [hint: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_scraping]

The irony of this post is that KVS took the time to read the post so he could accuse me of violating the user agreement but didn't take time to answer the questions.

Yep, it's garbage. At first I thought it was validating (enforcing adv purchase, min/max duration, fare class availability) but I've ruled that out.
Next mole up?

Corrections:
I messed up assuming rubles but is dinari - fares seem ok.
Does not appear to be validating fares.
As you mention you can send the additional query to get the fare basis. Why this isn't done automatically is interesting, maybe a web browser has limitations?
Appears the routing rules is now not going to KVS but to [redacted], which ironically also isn't working.
Next mole up?
