accepted when you have installed the KVS Tool on your machine.
Unfortunately, some of your recent actions violate the terms of the said
User Agreement.

What exactly have I violated?
DEFINITION OF THE TOOL
The Tool constitutes a specialized web browser Software application, containing a set of pre-defined Bookmarks for a number of websites. All such websites (and the associated content) are believed to be available to the general public, or, where user-specific login credentials are required, to the individual users, who are the holders of such credentials.

We specifically disclaim any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of this Software (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), including, but not limited to, liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment.
This Software and any information, which you may retrieve using it, is provided to you strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information retrieved using this Software.
