Unfortunately, it's a limitation of the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] engine itself.

Fortunately, OneWorld routes with more than 12 daily non-stop flights, all of which have Award Availability, are rare :).

Award Booking Class Code are unified within the KVS Tool for most SkyTeam airlines (except SU & KE), so all you need to specify is a [Filter] for the CS Class.

Sabre GTC NOT working, again.

Hi there. Just signed up for 6 months with KVS. Finding lots of useful stuff and I can check for availability in each class but I am struggling to see how to do a fare search for premium economy class fares on the fares tab (using BA). I have tried doing a max search but that still only brings up the economy/bus/1st fares depending on which option is selection in "class".

I just purchased your product, however, I have no idea what I am doing.
I tried reading the FAQ's - I learnt a little, but not much.

I do not understand the difference between:

Sabre: Fares/TVN
Sabre: Fares/DotRes
Galileo: Fares/PSH

Which one would find me the cheapest airfare? I am using Sabre: Fares/TVN
at the moment...

The "date box" currenly has 31 Oct 2011 - does that mean it will search for all flights between 'now' and the 31 of October? (I am only getting approx 30 results so i am guess its displaying results for only 'the 31st of Oct'?

How can I search for the cheapest flight on any airline from Departure to Destination? (example Brisbane to Hanoi) in a specific month (October)?

When I find the flight I like, can I book the flight through KVSTOOL?

and finally... how can I get KVSTOOL to search for other flights going to other countrys that I could book... and get to my 'destination' cheaper

for example: Rather then going from A to B

I would be happy to go from A to E to G and get a cheap flight from G to B

New user to KVS tool. I am trying to find business award availability from PHL-SIN around 22Jun2012 on *A. I have a bit of flexibility on dates. I have tried a number of different routings, none of which show any C availability - even for one person, let alone two. Am I doing something wrong or are there just NO seats available? Thanks for any suggestions.

[Fares/TVN] is fully-flexible and shows all Fares for the next 12 Months, so the [Date] field is not applicable.

For semi-flexible searches, you can use the [Fares/PSH] Method.

So am I correct that I cannot see that because I am platinum not diamond? If I try to upgrade to diamond, it does not let me apply my previously payment toward that level? i.e. can I convert my $15 payment to $20 for the 2 month trial for $5 more?

Please excuse me if this post is misplaced or naive. I am a KVS newbie and Ihave searched around a bit on KVS and Delta but have not found this exact issue.

I have been trying KVS since DL's award system is dysfunctional. A big peeve I have with dl.com is that when I look for 2 seats, many times only 1 Low award is available, and the other seat is only available at the Medium level. You can't tell this from the dl.com site - when searching, it will offer you the lowest level (for both of the 2 passengers), but then when you try to book, it will give the ever-annoying "your flight just sold out" message because there's really only one low seat.

Now, using WSpan mode in KVS and looking for 2 seats, I get the very same issue, in that those same flights shown on dl.com show up in KVS as available in YS+ for 2 seats. So, am I correct that (like the dl.com search engine) KVS has no way of knowing whether more than one of the available seats on DL is a Standard award? Or am I (hopefully) doing something wrong? Thanks.
