How do I search for AY business award seats? I tried to search for Economy (X) and added Other U but it haven't found anything.

AY U class isn't listed in the Award & Upgrade search because it is not visible. Adding it to the search won't change that unfortunately.

Speaking for myself, I'm generally posting to this thread to reassure others that they are not alone, rather than using it to alert you and your team.

The error message itself says something along the lines of the support team having already been notified, so if that's right then there doesn't seem to be much point in emailing you separately - would that be a fair inference to draw?

We are notified if there is a major issue with one of our information providers. However if you have a specific search that is causing an issue, or more commonly that someone needs help in interpreting the results, then the best way to get help is to email us with the specific search so we can replicate.

Can't access seat maps
 
Same as others, I'm having access problems. AA seat maps won't display. Get the same error message as others. For example, AA233 22Feb17 MIAGRU.

Is there anyway to set up a flight alert for a married segment? Say if JFK-FRA-LHR shows J available on the flights individually but not when searched JFK-LHR.

EF is not showing BA Award and Upgrade in Business class. Look at May 19th YYC-LHR, according to the BA website there two seats available for redemption or upgrade, (business class) yet EF shows no availability for that flight. I am doing doing something wrong?

I have emailed EF suport about this, but have not yet head back.

The issue of course is if I set up an alert, its not going to return the availability that is there.
(one of the main reasons to subscribe to EF)

I am getting the opposite issue. I got an alert this morning that F seats opened up for my TATL flight but the BA site shows nothing.

We have heard back from our information provider for BA that the issue has been fixed and the award inventory is now showing. Apparently there was an issue with ex-Canada flights that had to be fixed. We wanted to wait to respond until we had heard back from them.

If I want to check award space in LATAM, will it help to use the AA award space availability? They are both one world, code share some flights as well. Or will LATAM keep space only for their own flights and even if I see space in AA...it may not be available in LATAM? Thanks.

The AA Award & Upgrade search on ExpertFlyer will only show AA operated flights. LATAM award inventor isn't available on ExpertFlyer.com

As far as searching SQ premium award space. Is this available through ExpertFlyer? Or, do I need to use the Singapore Air website? I've done several searches where I see availability on SQ's website, but not ExpertFlyer.

Also, I am getting time out issues on ExpertFlyer today on several of my searches.
