Having issues with Lufthansa award search. I verified via miles and more search that seats are available on a random day 2 weeks in the future. However, EF is not showing that particular flight which is direct.

As is noted at the top of the results page for an Lufthansa award search:

The Lufthansa Award search shows partner award inventory. Availability to Miles & More members may be greater.
If you have a question about a particular search/flight, then email us directly.

Confused why the same Delta coded - KLM operated flight (DL 9489- KL0449) is showing different Z inventory.
Is it because there is no Z inventory on DL 126?

I'm experiencing some difficult to use the award search for Alitalia. I'm looking for GRU to LHR on December and I get: One or more of your requests could not be fulfilled. Please see below for details.
Sometimes it work but I get the error most of the time.

It's called married segment logic. Airlines have the ability to change the inventory of a flight based on what other flights it is or isn't paired with.

Circle fares

Checking to see if it's just me or a system glitch (or worse, a policy change?)

I tried to bring up Circle Pacific fares on EF today and couldn't get any results using the "RTW" query inputs. They've disappeared using AA, AC or CX (all I tried) with Canadian, US or Japanese origin points.

These are designated e.g. LCIRxx or DCIRxx fares with Oneworld; I forget the comparable *A designation.

It's an issue with our reservation system vendor. We have let them know of the issue and they will fix it. Thanks for letting us know.

It looks like the Circle fares have been restored.

I'm able to login. Currently behind a Comcast cable modem connection on the US east coast.
