Seat Maps: we're currently not able to show seat maps for flights departing within the next 24 hours for several airlines: DL, BA, QR , ANA, B6, & JL
Searches currently not working:
- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

I don't immediately understand why you'd have any difficulty with paying $9.99 per month for unlimited (premium) access, but only in the months that you do want to use it.

Is there some documentation for how to interpret the detailed flight status?
For AS11 departing on 9/13, I see this:
It changed a few times while things on the ground happened:
The flight had a delay pushing back, was taxiing and then had to return to the gate, then left again.
For AS11 departing on 9/13, I see this:
Code:

EF seems to be off but is redirecting to <redacted by moderator> - is it a legitimate one?

Also, for faster attention, email expertflyer team.
Anyway, I would not provide any login credentials at the suspect site.

While pushing an update today one of our developers accidentally uploaded an incorrect file which redirected the site to a non-production testing environment, it was fixed and the site is working normally again.

There are currently issues with
1) default travel date (which is current date of course but the calendar opens April 2015)
2) display of one way fares with certain airlines, BA is an example. The fares exist but are not shown when a query if for a specific airline fares.

We are not seeing either of those issues, so please email us with specifics on how to reproduce with screen shots if possible, thanks.

Standard date if you open the calendar:

Then changing the dates:

EF is showing correct output, then I'm refining my search:

EF mixes form of dates. Departure = MM/DD/YY, return = DD/MM/YY. My settings were DD/MM/YY.

Then performing a new search with the given dates and the output are fares on 11/01/17:

Fares for JAN 2017 should not been loaded yet...
It's possible to reproduce this mistake.

I would suggest to look at how you have the date format set for your account. It can be mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy. Based on what you show in your post, this might be the source of what you are experiencing.
Go to My Account > Preferences > Date Format.
Go to My Account > Preferences > Date Format.

This seems to be working properly now, can you still reproduce the issue? If so please email us an example, but make sure you clear your browser cache first just in case.
