I've just had an email saying my last payment covering Oct 11 to Nov 11 has been refunded.
Edit: I'd given up trying but my saved BA Seat Map queries now seem to be working. |

EK and EY seat maps still not working in Y... emails to customer support remain unanswered.
I'll give it another week but otherwise, like others, will cancel my subscription. |

I just checked a DL C+ seat map for Nov 11 and it's not accurate. I sent them an email. Frustrating, since the banner only says AA is still having issues.

It's a nice touch, but my account will stay with renewal off until the maps are actually reliably working again... |
