Bumping this to see if others see the issue.

Currently looking at May 31: LHR-CDG. BA 322 shows no availability in U or X, but I can book U through AA.

Thanks!

Edit: This has been fixed by our vendor, thank you for your patience.

I was wondering if it were possible to create a re-occurring flight alert

If I am on a flight that is pretty full in J, I sometimes put an alert it to keep track of it. However, once it matches up, it runs only once and never again.

It would be nice, if it could keep that same alert active for as long as I would want it.

Is that doable?

It's not hard to reset the alert, assuming that the availability has disappeared again. Go to the alerts page, check the "Notified" box to bring up the alert that's been triggered, and click the hooked arrow (which only appears on triggered alerts) to reactivate the alert. This takes about 15 seconds to do, assuming that you have to log in.

Anyone else having issues with searches today? Get the following message appear for basic availability searches:

"An error has occurred while communicating with the airline reservation system. The support team has been notified of this problem. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

There was an outage at our main reservation system vendor earlier today which has now been resolved.

Award for LH F, there is no O Class in expertflyer for any date any city

According to Aeroplan LH releases O class almost everyday for the same day, im checked many days already.
BUT in expertflyer O class for LH doesn't exist for any day. I checked couple of cities for many days.
BUT Aeroplan shows that its available, its glitch of Aeroplan, or LH doesn't release F space any more?
Anyone have recent experience to find LH award F? maybe they changed code for award F?

I'm moving this to the Travel Tools forum for follow up.

When you say "everyday for the same day", do you mean you're looking at inventory for flights that depart the day you're searching? If so, EF cannot search that availability.

If you're looking more than 3 days out (as defined by midnight Tokyo time), there is plenty of LH O inventory currently displayed.

We have reports that inventory isn't showing for a few random routes and we are waiting on the data provider to fix the issue. However in the mean time we are looking at getting the data from other sources as well.

I'm seeing AZ Z inventory for 2 pax on several dates in late Aug/early Sept but don't see the corresponding inventory on either of the DL or AF sites. Does the Z bucket map to partners?

The Z inventory should be available to partners yes. It would help if we knew the specifics so we can see what you're seeing and not guess. Please email us directly with the details.

Help understanding fare info & MPM

I found a pretty good mileage based fare through EF and I’m trying to figure out what's happening when I try some different routings in ITA. I understand that there’s a MPM associated with the fare that I can see under the routing details, however what I don’t get is why, with certain routings I'm trying, I can still go above that maximum and sometimes the result is a fare increase and sometimes not. What confuses me is that just the fare itself increases, the fare basis stays the same every time.

Also, let's say on the outbound I go 2000 miles below the MPM, can that 2000 be used on the return without a fare increase?

TIA

I keep getting an alert that NH176 on May 12, 2019 has at least 1 seat in I (award business), but I can't find that anywhere when searching Aeroplan or United. Phantom availability?
