Thought with the number of FCL and Spa questions littering this board it might be worth making a sticky with all the available information and also provide a place for members to ask their questions. Please let me know if you think it is a good idea and please let me know if any of the information I have included is wrong or if you feel anything else needs to be added.
Thai Airways Royal First Class Lounge

Royal First Lounge at Concourse D, Level 3 - 1,400 sq.m. has been allocated for Royal First Class passengers with the capacity to accommodate 134 passengers at one time.
Opening hours: 05:00 am. – 01:00 am.
Facilities:
• 2 VIP Rooms
• 6 Private Corners
• 22 Seated A-la-Carte Dining Room
• Wi-fi Internet Corner with 4 PCs
• Slumber Rooms
• Shower Suites
• Toilets with Wheelchair Accessible
• TG First Class Check-in Facility
• Smoking lounge
Lounge access rules:
Departures in TG or *A F from BKK = FCL access
TG F Arrival connecting to international TG C/Y = FCL access
TG F Arrival connecting to *A C = No FCL access
TG F arrival connecting to domestic TG C = officially no FCL access, however some people have been granted access in this situation.
*A F arrival connecting to TG C or *A C = no FCL access
1 guest is allowed when departing in TG F or *A F
Q: If arriving in TG F and departing in TG C the following day, will I get access to the F lounge?
A: Offically the answer is no as you need a same day ticket, however some people have been granted access in this situation. So very much a YMMV situation.
Q: If arriving in TG F and staying in BKK, is it possible to use the TG F lounge as an arrivals lounge?
A: Unfortunately this is not allowed, although exceptions have been made before. So officially it's not allowed, but there is no harm in asking.

Q: Is it possible to book the spa treatment in advance?
A: No. You can book at First class check-in, at the FCL or the Spa itself - they will indicate the approx waiting time if more than a few minutes.

Returning on AC2 NRT-YYZ shortly after, very few Japanese, and mostly foreigners running from the country.
Granted, I don't have first-hand info on what's going on in Thailand right now, but it has so far been my impression that as long as you don't profess loyalty to either side, you'll be perfectly fine, and the country is even somewhat "embarrassed" with the whole mess - and tourists certainly aren't targeted or touched. Oh well.

I arrive in BKK from BOM by Thai J at 5.35 am and connect to NRT by Thai F at 7.35 AM. Do I have enough time for a 1 hour massage.
Also is there a waiting for the massage at about 6 am which is the opening time for the Spa.
Any answers.

The only people who would be waiting for the 6AM appts are those who arrived the night before and scheduled their massage then and those who checked in at 5AM when the desks opened.
While there's always a chance people did do as I wrote above there's probably a better chance nobody did.
There might be a wait and there might not be. You'll find out upon arrival in the lounge.

I did the BKK-NRT a little over a week ago. I arrived at the lounge at 5:30am and didn't think i woudl have time for the 1 hour so i opted for the 30 min neck and shoulder massage. the lounge rep didint bring me to the spa until about 6:10. By the time it was done i spent abput 5 min drinkiong the post massage tea and i got back to my seat in the F lounge, 10 min later we were brought to boarding. I wish i went for the 1 hour to see what they would do but not enouh time for the full hour

I visited the spa twice in the last week, once inbound in F, where I received 2 30 minute treatments which were excellent. Then departing in F, where I booked the 60 minute full body massage. The massage was nice, but it was noticeably short. It was about 50 minutes total from when I arrived at the spa to when I left including showering before and after.

Arriving from FRA to BKK (my wife and I travelling First and the 2 kids travelling business). Layover of 4 hours in BKK and then all of us flying business to HKT. Will we be able to use the FCL during the layover or will they take us to the domestic section directly from the FRA flight. If it is the former, how will immigration and FCL access work (can the kids accompany us?). If it is the latter (sigh!), what are our options in terms of TG lounge usage in the domestic section?

normally latter (if you do not leave escort and go your own way up the escalator to the FCL); there is only one domestic lounge in A area which has two sections with both the same offering

Is there any way we can stay back in the international area, use the FCL and then go to domestic later on? Appreciate some guidance on this.

The F lounge is a departures lounge, and is located in the sterile departures area. You're not really supposed to be there without a valid boarding pass to depart, internationally, that day.
On arrival, your buggy will pick you up and take you to immigration to be processes, then on to the domestic terminal.
to get around that, you need to leave the buggy, before immigration, and try and make your way to international. This includes passing a transit security checkpoint.
you can leave the buggy no problem, just say you are 'meeting friends' (or whatever) at the transit escalators. you can then try and get past security. many people have done that successfully, but by rights, if the guard at security denies you access, you can't really force the issue.

Don't know if I'd call them a security guard as they are simply a moat keeper.
A few months ago there was a large backup to go up the escalator (multiple pax being asked for BP, not understanding) and I simply walked past the crowd, past the 'guard' and upstairs. He kept yelling for me to stop but I kept walking.

most of us aren't in the habit of ignoring airport staff in security situations. it's not generally thought of as a wise thing to do.
if you were able to walk past without any repercussions, this is something that probably needs to be brought to the attention of the airport and airport security.
