Just a quick question:
I am new to LX and want to ask, on RJ-100, the armrests between seats(D-E-F) in Row 2-4 are moveble or not? I am still considering using either ZRH-LHR on A320 or ZRH-LCY on RJ-100 Thanks a lot!! I choose the most convenient airport for LON when I travel there. LHR can have long walks from where the LX flights park and fast track security in T1 for C pax, LCY can have long queues for security and no lounge for the return flight but much shorter walks . |

The seats on the Avro RJ100 are the same as the standard seats on the A320. The armrests are movable.

Seats are the same. The Avro has less overhead luggage space.

I will book the seat K as the middle seat would be left empty! |
Have a reservation for 5 A/B (C-class) on a flight ZRH-DEL.
What do you think about the seats? Are the lav's disturbing? |

Is there a door-bump on 29A on LX A333?
Hello all - I am flying LX242 on a A330-300 next week ZRH-DXB, and got 29A on both ways. This is an excellent seat - emergency row, window which I prefer.
But some Airbus I remember on the emergency exit, there is a large bump from the door which makes seating very uncomfortable and almsot impossible to extend legs or sleep well. Is this the case here or it's not? Thanks! |

Hope someone answers before my flight Saturday - if not, I'll let you know! :D

A question for you frequent travellers on the new C class LX A340 (the renewed ones)- do you prefer the K seats or the A seats- and why? I don't see the advantage of the two armrests in the A seats- however perhaps I am missing something? Thanks- neither these threads nor seatguru have any advice that I can find.

Of course to each their own, but I think having two armrests can be quite neat. Have your laptop on one side and a drink and nibbles on the other, for example. |
I'll be flying in the new C on the A340 for the first time in a couple of weeks. I thought of selecting an A seat outbound and a K seat on the way back, so I could compare the two.
On some flights it seems more difficult to get a decent K seat than a good A seat, as anybody can reserve K seats but only SEN/HON can reserve single A seats. I'll end up in 4A and 6A, since I couldn't decide whether K in even or odd rows would be better. |

In lh.com, when booking a ticket, automatically you can choose the seats, but I have never been able to do it in swiss.com. I do not know if it is because it is not possible or because I do not know how to do it. Enjoy your flights in the new C on the 340. Nevertheless I hope you are op-uped and you enjoy even more. ;) |

you cannot choose your seats on swiss.com (unless you do the 24h web-check-in). I always call SWISS and there you can make your seat assignment without problems.
I always do OLCI and select seats, but I wondered if it was possible to book those also when buying the ticket. I will contact Swiss by phone. |

I flew LX F for the first time a couple of months ago and wasn't exactly overwhelmed but I'm looking forward to trying the new C. |

If you look at the seatmap at this link, you will see that you have more personal space on the A side than on the K side and your seat is not "open" to the aisle as some K seats are.
