I redeemed 6/18. Nothing yet. Be careful when you send an inquiry. I thought I'd sent one through e-Rewards and never got a robo-reply. Turns out that when you send the inquiry (or THINK you have it sent) they don't send it till you go past a page pf FAQs that might resolve your issue. So this time I sent it, got the robo-reply and didn't read it. Just did this morning and they were waiting for me to tell them my HH # and the name on the account. I don't remember having to jump through all these hoops before.

Finally- so did mine! They do seem to post in "batches", which may explain why others get them promptly. I just redeemed another 7,000 last week. Good thing I don't need to use them right away.

Hey guys I need some help. Recently I was having issues with my e-rewards account (no surveys) and then I was not able to redeem my points for Airline miles. I wrote them a few days ago asking what's going on with my account.

I get this email

"Unfortunately the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for your patience.

Kind regards,"

Firstly I was shocked by this. Secondly I still have some e-rewards dollars that I wanted to redeem for airline.

What should I do. Is there someway I can write something to get my account back up and active?

After reading some other people reviews on trustpilot.com it seems like they are doing this to a bunch of people.

I don't know how I was excluded from this batch, still waiting on 6/28 hilton redemption.

No. Just relax and wait. From 2-3 weeks to infinity. And check your mailbox once a week.

Nothing. You can try to create another account or just forget about them

Looks like your account has been culled like many of us on here recently. Message them and be ready to fight back to try to get them to reinstate your account.

+1 on the fight. A few years ago both my wife and I received notices that our accounts had been "deactivated" either by our request or due to inactivity. We sent multiple emails over the course of a month explaining why this was not at all accurate, and requesting reactivation. I finally received two emails, almost simultaneously, the first of which indicated we had violated terms of use and the accounts had been cancelled, while the second email said the accounts had been reactivated and all points restored. Go figure.

I have no idea if the current crackdown will be less forgiving than in the past, but if you've done nothing wrong I would definitely think it would be worth fighting. As always, YMMV.

Did anyone ever get a resolution on the QSB0303-17 code? I redeemed for myself today but when my wife tried to redeem in her account like we do every month she got - and keeps getting - that code.

Any hints on how to turn off the annoying “Hi I'm Q e-Rewards one and only member assistant ” that prominently pops up every time you load a website page ?

It’s even worse then the Microsoft paperclip.

I tried chatting with them and it was obvious they had no idea what I was talking about and I gave up. It IS annoying.

I'm struggling to see the point in the Q thing. I've tried to use it three times now and it asks me if I want to raise a ticket. It then tries to raise the ticket and throws up an error so you have to go via the old route.

On another issue has anyone noticed the site being very slow recently with white screens also appearing?
