I will use my wife's number.

The Hilton survey site, 100% completed profile and been getting survey invites via email but when i click through there is nothing. I use the same platform for Accor so I'm wondering if they are blocking the surveys as I am joined up with another provider?

Try the following
1. Use e-mails on comp/laptop
2. Use e-mails on mobile
3. Use TOR browser
If you see 'no opps' everywhere - you are blocked forever )))

Thanks for the tips. No comp but will try phone & tab.
Just tried TOR but still stated no surveys, I thought this site & erewards allowed 2 x accounts per household.
Got the same msg as you today, erewards closed due to blah, blah, blah.

Thats the error code I got at the checkout - Definitely Game Over!
They must be having one of their "Purges" at the moment. Years ago I lost 3 x accounts due to a clean up. Best to stay under the radar for a while.

Thats so strange, i just redeemed two rewards back to back the day before i lost my surveys, that got me cancelled, and i only have one account.

They may have an algorithm built in these days showing up highlighted areas they deem to be of concern. This could be too many redemptions in a short period of time in your case or others. I was banned this week but only redeemed a few weeks ago so too many not my issue. They can do what they like, I lost 7500 points.
