Redeemed one each $100 on AS and UA this morning on my account. Still not receive any email from eReward on the redemption over an hour later.
Both redemption still show as Pending. Just a few days ago the AS redemption on my husband's account was instant, even though at that time his account was at "you have canceled your account" status. Update - the miles just showed up. Status changed to complete. Still no confirmation emails but did not matter now. |

so it looks like a big purge happened or is still happening. not only e-rewards, but also other websites from the same company like valued opinions, etc. (see trustpilot for negative comments from angry users). my wife's account also got hit with a "shadow ban" two weeks ago (shadow ban = you can log in, but you receive no survey e-mails, can't redeem anymore and you can't see surveys on the dashboard). did someone here opened recently (like last 2 weeks) a new account on e-rewards? i made one yesterday, everything works fine with registering, etc, but then the next day the account gets a shadow ban (all surveys that were yesterday on the dashboard suddenly are gone and no new ones pop up). of course i deleted the cookies from my wife's account and used a new ip and email address. someone here knows what's up currently with e-rewards? you can't open new accounts anymore? |

Is anyone else waiting on a Hilton redemption? I redeemed late June and the points are still not reflected in my hh account.

I have received an offer from Southwest to join e-Rewards and receive 1000 points after a first survey. The fine print says "This offer is by invitation only and solely intended for the Member receiving this email. Rapid RewardsŪ bonus points are only available to newly enrolled members who complete their first survey within three months of enrolling." Will I receive 1000 only for targeted accounts or I can use this link for any account?

Anyone else getting the same damn survey about shopping? I have gotten the SAME survey four times in the past week or so about shopping and it's a virtual shopping experience where you have to pick up cleaning items in the virtual store.

My Hilton redemption a few weeks back showed completed on e-Rewards end instantly and posted to my Hilton account within 48 hours

It took some 10 days for my Hilton redemption to post on my HH account.
