I have surveys just about every day. On the rare day that there are "no surveys available" through the website, I click through on an e-rewards survey and receive new/different survey offers. I always keep a couple of old e-rewards survey emails for this purpose.

Recent experience with complaining to e-rewards seems to indicate that they are batching their email responses or something. It is pretty common for me to receive responses to 2-3 complaints submitted over a 2 week period, all within 24 hours.

I complain pretty regularly if there is a significant mismatch between effort and outcome. They always give me a lame excuse about why I may have screened out but I also get something for my trouble about 75% of the time. I vary between asking for more compensation and expressing outrage at how their survey providers are taking advantage of people. Honestly if they stop being so responsive I'll probably stop participating as much.

Lucky to complete one survey a day over this Xmas period, same story for me at weekends though throughout the year. I usually get started Mon pm with best days recently been Thurs / Friday's.

What is the best value for point redemption: 2k UA Mileage Plus, 1k TrueBlue points or 7k HH? It seems like HH redemption is the most popular.

Guys, is it not possible to transfer Hertz points to IHG any longer? I can't find this option on my Hertz account. :-/ Anyone done it recently?

My Nov 6 HH redemption points still have not yet posted. When I look at my redemption transaction history on my e-rewards account, there is a note in red under the redemption: "Experiencing Processing Delays".

That was the exact day i redeemed my last HH 7k but on checking my account i have no notes in red about experiencing delays but still nit credited, what a mess!

Over the past week I have done white a few surveys. I was required to re do a good part of my profile as well.

I have not had the option of HH for some time. Most of mine go to SW Rapid Rewards, Choice Hotels, and leftovers go to United.

The IHG redemption I requested on Dec. 3rd finally hit my account on Dec. 28th. That's over three weeks for something that used to post in a few days. :td:

Lauren the HonoursRepresentative just resolved my missing 7k points, they have been credited already so try contacting her to resolve your issue.

After eight (8) weeks of many emails to both Hilton and E-Rewards, my 7000 Hilton Honors points finally posted. Won't be doing E-Rewards surveys if what used to be an instant posting takes 8 weeks now.
