I redeemed 8000 Points for a Hilton reward a week ago and the points were credited two days later on my HHonors accout. Now 8000 Opionion Points suddenly disapeared from my e-erewards account. The status for the redemption activity a week ago is shown as pending again ...

Can anyone advise me how long you have to wait to redeem another redemption award?
I redeemed today then got credited a big survey enough for another redemption but at checkout it states I have to wait to redeem again. |

There's also a 2 redemptions across all awards in 24 hours restriction in general.

They also wrote that any account balance going negative due to this will be reset on zero as a gesture of goodwill. |
Customer Service
Has anyone received a response from customer service for things like completed surveys that you didn't get credit for? I submitted a request for one 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing, and submitted another one today after completing a long survey, getting the "you have completed" and "thanks for completing" messages - then when the "You have been credited X dollars" all I got was a 404 error screen. It seems to happen a lot and normally I just shrug it off - but not after spending 30 minutes.

I take back all the terrible things I was thinking about them - I had an actual response this morning (from the last request not the previous one) saying they would have to check with the people that did the survey and that it could take weeks - been there before, but at least they did respond.

Every so often, I do get random credits just appearing in my account, I assume from a mix of surveys that didn’t credit instantly but turned up in reconciliation actions and those ones where you get a bonus later on for turning on the webcam.

I tried to do some surveys today, but each survey after a few screens pre-qualifying questions, it then led to a screen with tiny message at the top of the screen, which I copied and pasted below. Then it would not go anywhere.
e-Rewards and the e-Rewards logo are registered trademarks of Research Now Group, LLC All rights reserved. So I sent them 2 messages - one is related to account inquiry as it is possible account is locked (that happened over a year ago for no apparent reason), and the other is to technical issue. Both got the robot reply as emails were successfully submitted. Have anyone had similar issue in the past? What might cause that? The last time I completed surveys was in January, less than 30 days ago. EDIT I was able to redeem 2K AS miles even though getting the above error message so I gather this is just a technical issue. PS I notice now they no longer need a telephone number? Also there is no telephone number field in Profile? |
I just came on to mention the same thing - been getting that message the last two days even though it says I have 8 surveys to take - I get that notice for all of them...glad it's not just me :-)

It's working for me again after being down since dinner time last night. Since I was able to redeem during the survey issues, I think it was a technical issue on their end and not a prelude to a purge.

Just spent about 15 minutes filling out a "Social Topics" political survey that appeared to be sponsored by the Conservative party (many of the questions were quite heavily biased towards them). Got screened out right at the end after saying that none of the Labour slogans made feel particularly warm. Have fired off a complaint to eRewards, but I wouldn't waste your time if this one crops up on your UK-based account!
