Has anyone redeemed a reward for Accor in the last 10 days and are you still waiting for points ? I redeemed 2 on 8th March and they are still pending . I have never had to wait more than 4 days for the points to post for Accor ,usually its the next day . I'm still receiving surveys OK. Regards

It has happened before, they usually fix it in a week or two. I'm going to redeem to Accor now, will see what happens...

Anyone else having issues trying to redeem rewards? When I get to the very end of the process, I get "An error has occured. Please try again.". This happened three or four weeks ago and it was resolved. I've been trying for several days now.

Has worked fine for me today when redeeming to Accor

Just had five surveys today completed but not credited, just straight to the next available survey or tech error page.
Is this normal?

Haven't seen this. Redeemed for two rewards yesterday with no problem.

I put in a help request and tried their suggestions (i.e. clear cache, attempt a survey, and then try to redeem). No luck. I tried various computers and various browsers. No luck. I tried just now. Luck.

When I try to redeem I also get the red box error message - An error has occurred. please try again? I noticed on my account today only for BA AVIOS that the terms have been changed to only one redemption every 30 days but if you attempt to redeem in the past you got a different message in the past. I’ve tried different browsers, clearing cache but no go?

That's correct. And since I've only been using Google Chrome, I haven't had any other issues making redemptions.

I finally managed to redeem today after trying numerous times over the last three days. Looks like the one redemption per 30 x days statement in my account is not applied.
