Wondering if anyone here has been active on e-rewards at the time they turned 65. If so, did you notice any change in the amount of surveys you've received? I've noticed that when a survey asks for your age, and gives you age bands to select from, it seems that they frequently do 5-10 year bands up to 64, then it often becomes just "65+". Not a concern for me at the moment, just curious if that's indicative of a general decreased interest on the part of the survey companies in the opinions of seniors.

I'm 67 and have been completing e-Rewards surveys for many years- even more since I retired and have more time. Sure I get kicked out of many but there are plenty of surveys dealing with investing, insurance, cable vs. cord-cutting, political opinions, health, travel, etc. where they care about the opinions of older people as much as anyone else. I'm generally happy with the quantity I can complete.

A heads-up on two time-wasting surveys where they steal your opinions and give you pity points: one asked me detailed questions about the contents of my refrigerator and another this AM asking about changes in my spending by category since COVID-19. I've kept details of expenses by category by month for the last 5 years so my answers were probably more accurate than most. It then switched to questions about various types of bottled water I've bought. Sorry, you don't qualify, etc. :-(

Got this:

Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program, you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time, your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you for your understanding.

That’s their cut-and-paste message, nothing specific. You may try to contact them again, but don’t have high hopes.

I did that- sent them a polite note saying there was no reason I knew of that anything in their boilerplate had happened, and that I was very careful to answer questions truthfully, including indicating zero interest in ever buying a current-model car on multiple lucrative surveys, knowing I'd get kicked out. (Ironically, my car died last month and guess what I bought.) They reinstated my account.

Since then I've deliberately taken more time on surveys. I read quickly and for many questions the answers are easy (I live alone so I make the decisions on everything, I'm retired so don't need to skim the list of occupations...) maybe it looked like inattention. I also double-check the ones that gauge attention ("For this question, please check "Agree Strongly"). So far so good.

It's been as long, if not longer, for me. I usually get 3-4 emails a day which was annoying, but I haven't gotten one in several days. Is that the first sign that you might be suspended?

It looks like youve been suspended like me and others on here. No survey invites for days is the sign of suspension. It looks like they are doing a routine "Purge" of accounts, i saw these a few years ago.

Yep. Just tried to redeem my points and got the same error as others. Oh well. I had a good run.

Has anyone been brave enough to click on it? Unless it can award me full points for late disqualifications then I don't want to know!

Didn't get the memo...what are they saying about it?

Has anyone else get the screen that asks you to answer a few questions to get a survey but there are no questions to answer and the same screen appears when you click on email links?
