Anyone been invited to the coffee sample survey? I completed a survey last week on coffee preferences, forgot all about it and today received a follow up survey. Completed this survey and received the samples in the post today, 1800 points and all credited so maybe this makes up for the slow redemptions.

Alas, my most recent product test was for paper towels. And they sent me a skimpy roll of towel to use, unlike last year's dishwasher pods test that was probably $40 worth of product if I'd had to buy it at the store.

I was given toilet paper to test a few months ago, but my family refused to help fill out the tracking sheet. So that was product down the drain for the company.

I got the message below when I logged in today. I never got an email from them and then when I resend I still don't get the confirmation e-mail. I just did a survey on 3/30 and got that invitation through my same email. Anyone know what might be going on with this?

Confirm Your Email Address
You should have received an email with the subject line, "Please Confirm Your Email Address". Click on the link provided in that email to confirm your email address and activate your e-Rewards account.
Click "RESEND" to receive another confirmation email.
After you have confirmed your email address and activated your account, simply return to this page and click "CONTINUE" below.

Have you looked at your account to make sure they have the correct email address for you? If they do, then I would email e-rewards to ask what the problem is, perhaps offering an alternate email address.

Let's ask another way:
If I have my retired mother sign up using the latest invite, and she does the surveys, can she redeem for miles for my mileage accounts?
I would only have one erewards account, but I would be getting miles from two accounts. The TOS do not mention anything about that.

PS. When you receive the miles, you can change the name back

Took and fully completed a $25.00 survey on flavored and Desani water, along with the survey completion critique on 03/21/2016. After waiting and no $25.00 credit was received, I contacted E-rewards as to the status of my reward. In their first e-mail, I was told there was no record of this survey even though I provided the survey completion link, the subject and sponsor of the survey as well as the date and time of survey and critique completion. Subsequently I was asked for a job number (whatever that is?) to which I resubmitted my previous e-mails containing my documentation and their assigned inquiry number. After all that, customer service informed me that the project manager determined that I never completed the survey. I responded to customer service by asking how the receipt and completion of a survey critique is possible without first fully completing the subject survey. No response to this question was ever received!!
E-Rewards used to be a credible company but it seems in the past year or so, things have change significantly. By their current actions, it appears E-Rewards will only continue to pay off 25 cent and very low dollar rewards. Taking any survey with a reward higher than 4 or 5 dollars may be a waste of one's time.
Is E-Rewards a "SCAM"? Not yet, but it's getting closer and closer to that dishonorable designation. Guess only time will tell. YMMV ------

They will most likely make good on it if you truly completed the survey. I have had a few not post, or post incorrectly, and I have been credited each time, usually with a bonus award because of the problem.
Sometimes it takes several weeks.

28 days now. Nothing this morning. BA asked me to do an online survey about it. I doubt that will have any effect.
I'm claiming another BAEC redemption from E-Rewards later this week and the first one hasn't gone through yet!

I can only claim with BAEC - no other partners.

E-Rewards Going Bankrupt?
If you re-read my posting, I've had 4 different responses from E-Rewards, which included a no response. I will again state that the survey was fully completed and documentation was provided of same. No $25.00 credit received, only a runaround. This wasn't the first time I hadn't received a survey credit but because of its size, it was worth the effort of making an issue of this non-crediting. I'm starting to wonder if E-Rewards is having financial issues and maybe on the verge of going out of business. If so, I'm sure there will be millions of E-Rewards points/dollars in accounts that will be unredeemable.

I do not think they are going bankrupt. I have no idea why would think that.
