Has anyone contacted erewards about the delays or will they just give the excuse - wait 35 days also?

"Per the terms and conditions listed for this reward, Please allow 35 days when converting your Opinion Points to Avios, for your Avios to be credited to your British Airways Executive Club Account."

Oh well. It was worth a try...

It's not just BAEC in question, it's also Avios redemptions taking a lot longer than normal?

It has been taking longer than normal for me on this month's redemption. Though not yet the 35 days. Only once did I have to contact them after the 35 days expired (got my Avios eventually), so it happens.

In Europe, a lot of corporate offices are closed for the extended Easter holiday. So a script that ordinarily gets run on Mondays might get pushed back to Tuesday.

Just out of interest, has anyone redeemed to other hotel groups or airlines outside of avios or BAEC in the last 2-3 weeks and seen points credited yet?
This information may be able to help narrow the issue down to either erewards or avios side.

I redeemed for IHG points twice in the last month.
1 - redeemed on March 3, posted on March 8
2 - redeemed on March 24, posted on March 29

So appear the problems may lay with Avios / BAEC. IHG / Accor status, how many points do you need to match Hilton Gold?

On 03-11 I redeemed for Accor points. Nothing has posted yet.

On 03-24 I redeemed for AA miles. They posted today, 03-29.

On 3/21, I redeemed for AAdvantage miles. They posted today.
