In the last week, my family (total 5 people; each with their own account) have received several (4-6) surveys each.

Today, I recieved an email from erewards, and they credited me my missing $7.50 from when their servers were down. Took long enough but they followed up, even after the generic email I was originally sent telling me to read the FAQ.

Here is what I think is a little odd. I downloaded the mobile app and had 3 surveys that didn't show up on the laptop.

I get probably 90% of my surveys via the app. Emails & the site essentially are just a little cherry on top for me :)

Any thoughts on why they only show up via the app? Also - the E-rewards home page doesn't really seem to show potential open surveys (they show up on the app or if I click through older surveys I can get a new survey). Maybe it is just a technology issue.... I can't imagine that E-rewards prefers we take the survey on the app. Thoughts?

This happens to me all the time. I'd also estimate that around 90% of the surveys I get are from the app, and not from an email or their web site. It is odd, and somewhat annoying, because some of the surveys aren't optimized for a phone. tls

After a month of silence I finally received a survey invite today. Hooray! :)
