I can't and I created a support ticket in the QR Privilege Club about it and got a response saying only new accounts are eligible. <- this response is an obvious lie. So I made another ticket.
Also made a thread here about it:
QR Privilege Club - Cannot register for offer, terrible service. Any way to escalate?
If you post there too perhaps they will acknowledge the issue and fix it?

I almost fell for HEL-BKK, super good deal at around 1200€, But I need BKK-Europe.
Priced a nested ticket for 2 trips later this year, but nothing to be gained by that.
I have a 2x1 BKK-EUR for April at 1850€ and will look out for anything sub 2000€ for a September trip, no urgency so far.
Could not find the double miles offer neither.

Buyer beware!
Sale fares are not always the cheapest fares!
Promo fares are not always the cheapest fares as the 4 prices below show.
This is for CPH-HKG in J Monday 20 August.
It was claimed that this could not happen yet here it is!
It would appear that the Promo price is based upon the a percentage reduction of the Value? fare!
Business Promo: DKK 9856 :
Business Saver: DKK 8551
Business Value: DKK 11750
Business Flexi: DKK 12825

In the past QR have often come with improved Qmiles bonus (up to x5) during the end of the global sales campaigns.
Does anybody have any indication whether this may happen this time around? I have a booking on hold for 48h (CDG-PVG, business out, economy return for around EUR 1,307. Flying over Chinese New Year so pretty decent deal), is it waiting for a potential better offer than the x2 currently on offered?

The last time the 5x sale was at the beginning of the campaign as far as I can remember. So the booking had to be made within the first two days or something. Then, it dropped down to 4x and stayed at 4x throughout the campaign. But this is from memory so I could be wrong.

The pre-sale CMB-PHL fare is still available, albeit slightly cheaper, and represents great value. I had bought one for $1,436 (used code PCSPECIAL) when it first came up in Dec; bought another one for $1,345 with 2X Qmiles (used code PCGTBGIFT) yesterday. It was cheaper at $1,307 if 2 people were to travel together.

I’m eyeing on the Osl-akl-arn (or the other way round can’t remember) for £1470. I had a look at QR historical sales and looks that it can’t go below this for solo travellers. I think only the launching fare for akl from Pisa was much cheaper £1050. Should I pull the trigger? Do you guys think it can go lower than £1470?
Thanks!

You're probably correct; but now that I have a lot more leisure travel time, I was hoping to see some of the great QR fares from the past that I could not partake in at that time.
