Without looking it up, LH (Mainline) has for sure an interline with DE. Eurowings, Air Dolomiti, City not necessarily.
While interlining baggage on two tickets is technically feasible, I have read reports from others (either here or in other forums/reddit) that got told by Check-in staff that they have received instructions that expressly prohibit interlining baggage with Condor if on separate tickets. |
Has anyone been able to purchase a Rail Fly ticket from Condor on a ticket not purchased from Condor? I am on a WS coded Condor ticket purchase from WS. I called in and was able to select seats but the agent said he could not add the Rail Fly for me. He could not do a special meal selection either. In both cases he suggested something to me, but I could not make out what it was—his English was not especially good and the line was rather scratchy.
Thanks! |
Try calling WS and ask if they could add Rail&Fly (basically, add a 'QYG' segment to your itinerary). Failing that, call Condor again and hope the next agent has a better grasp of English.

Flying first time with Condor, so wanted to check some things:
1) I have a Condor bought ticket for flight SFO-LAX (Hawaiian economy) + LAX-SFO (Condor in business). I presume as they are partners, I can checkin at Hawaiian online for my whole flight? 2) Condor uses Air France lounge at LAX? 3) Condor uses some app for upgrade bidding, is it possiblr to bid for the upgrade to the Prime sear there? 4) For the flight FRA-SFO in Condor business, it seems I have access to Lufthansa Business. As a LH Senator, I presume as the flight is with Condor, I won't have access to the Senator lounge, right? |
1) should work. Baggage allowance from Condor does usually apply (but I have only experience with Alaska and not with Hawaiian as feeder). - Does Hawaiian even fly SFO-LAX and is not just an Hawaiian Codeshare op by Alaska?
2) correct. It's at Tom Bradley West Gates and Condor usually also departs from there. What I don't know is if you would need a Voucher or if your Boarding Pass will work 3) no. Prime Seats usually get blocked once check-in commences and you still have to pay for them. During check-in they're sometimes shown as "for free" but the (Condor) check-in flow usually spits an error when trying to select them. 4) Condor is not a member of Star Alliance. Your SEN won't get you anything. On departure in FRA, your Condor Boarding Pass will grant you access to the Lufthansa Business lounge. No arrival lounge in FRA. |

I'm also not too sure if that QYG / W2 integration is still up and running as it's usually been done through bahnanreise.de together with a token nowadays. |

Anyone knows which customs facility Condor use for arrival at MIA? Is it Custom J in the south terminal?
Thanks! |
Does Condor fly between VIE and FRA? I am trying to book a multi city trip SEA-FRA-PRG outbound. Return is VIE-FRA-SEA.

Which browser should I use? I use Chrome and VIE does not show up on the auto fill selection and I was not able to manually type it in.

For Multi City I also had no luck choosing Vienna, Wien, Austria or VIE as starting point for the return journey. Other idea: Try Google Flights or (if you're somewhat experienced) Kayak to let you redirect to the Condor website. |

Should I buy ASAP or should I wait until closer in, travel date is in August? I am buying theses tickets for my relatives, would Condor have an issue with names on credit card and reservation not matching? The surname for 2 of 3 passengers are the same as the credit card. I am sorry for these questions, this is my first purchase with Condor. |
