We were downgraded at the gate on DE1505 PMI-FRA last week. The agent said the plane "did not have a business class cabin" but it did and they merely put someone in the middle seats marked as business class on the headrests :rolleyes: presumably because they had oversold the flight, but I digress.
We were given a form and told to follow a link on the form and submit for a refund. We have now tried that link (it's the contact/customer relations one) on various browsers and after entering the information in and attaching the requested documentation, the web page comes back with "An error occurred while sending the form" We have tried several browsers and still keep getting this error with no description of what the issue is. I had some refund for a cancellation, I did all through their Whatsapp service.

Bad Condor Experience
I was recently booked on Condor (Business Class) on a Westjet round-trip ticket from YYJ through YYC (segment with Westjet) and then on to FRA with Condor. The positive side: the experience in the air was great, wonderful service and food. The seats were quite hard, but that could be helped with the provided mattress pad. So no complaints there.

Condor will move to the new FRA T3 in Summer 2026 so the bus madness will end then. Of course connecting to a Lufthansa feeder will be a nightmare, but we'll focus on the good things for now ;)

Lounge space in pier H & J (total 5000 sq m) was rented out in 400, 600 & 1000 sqm lots in 2023.

I'm sure the AF/JL/Primeclass(TAV)/EK lounges will also reappear in T3 in some form. |

Thinking of booking Condor for a trip to BUD next year.
Unfortunately seems like I can only do mixed cabin (YYZ-FRA Business, FRA-BUD Coach). Does whatever lounge that DE has contract with allow entrance if arriving on business class fare but departing on economy (both flights on same ticket)? This is also for 2026 so I guess there'a possibility the answer wouldn't apply depending on when DE opens their rumoured lounge. TIA |
Condor should be moving to Terminal 3 some time around May 2026. What will the situation be in there, if indeed Condor will have moved by the time of your flight, is unknown.
I don't seem to be having issues booking business all the way through though. |
