However the other Middle East ending points I have tried, such as Amman still incorrectly price.
I've seen the same thing. With the old booking tool I've done a ex-DXB RTW, returning to BAH. Tried the same routing, plus routings with CAI-DXB, CAI-BAH, DXB-DXB, BAH-BAH and they all price out wrong (significantly wrong, sometimes triple the correct price). But switching to ex-CAI and return TLV and magically it worked. Not sure what the deal is.

You can type in the 2-character country code manually.

U.S. Airways flights

Anyone have any information on when US Airways flights will be added to the online tool?

Does anyone know how to contact oneworld? It seems that they go to great lengths to be unreachable- no e-mail address as far as I can tell.

xONEx online tool bugs thread

there is a contact mail form buried in the website. Would have to hunt down the link after work

hmmm... I can't seem to find that form now. There was a link to it on one of the FAQs pages (not the contact page as people would expect).
The last time I contacted them, their reply came from enquiry at oneworld.com

e-mail contact

You have successfully located a weak spot in their defenses. An e-mail to [email protected] yields:

Thank you for submitting your question to the oneworld Alliance.

We will investigate your query and we will respond back to you within 3-5 business days.

If you need immediate assistance, please feel free to contact a oneworld member airline directly.

Sincerely,

oneworld Alliance

I will share the response when I hear back from them.

Please do. I've received several identical emails from OW in the past and have yet to receive the promised followup. I even phoned them once when they were headquartered in Vancouver and got a promise of a return email/phone call. Nada.

Same experience here. Now ten days and no follow-up. Pathetic customer service.

Should take about 2-3 weeks. I have emailed oneworld before about QR issues and they did reply, just took a long time
