Does applying online work if you enter the coupon code from:

https://www.chase.com/index.jsp?pg_n..._Consumer_9938

I have a local chase branch, but I have already opened three locally in past two years (personal & biz), so want to try online in case they remember my face

I have opened three in person, i dont think they remember, but then i used two different banks, i just open an account today by calling csr, opening online didnt work for me, but to open online, you have to log into your account and go to account services or customer service, not the link you have.

So after reading through this thread...

So I can open up an account for myself for $100, an account for my wife for $100.
Get the $25 debit card for each account. Make 5 purchases on the debit card each within 60 days. And then voila!! I should get 25,000 miles in each of our account?

Is this basically it?

Can you then cancel the account once the points have posted?

Asked and answered many times. You can always cancel the account anytime, but expect a fee if you close it within 6 months of opening the account.

Has anyone been able to open one for a child under age 18 by cosigning? How old? Was it easy?
It would be nice to open one for my kid.

It seems unlikely to me that getting credited w/ both offers is possible. Has anyone had both promotions credited (cash and miles)?

Shame on your banker for not even trying. Yes, I received the $125 & my first 12,500 miles have posted. There is NO doubt in my mind that the other 12,500 will post.

Well lets not go overboard, you will get 2 free tickets within the 49 states, but not to hawaii, those require 40,000 miles.

Sorry if this was asked before, how soon do the miles post. If completed the requirements, do they post before the statement closing date?

Did somebody say the chase checking promo will NOT WORK ONLINE? Is that correct? Anybody opened one online? Are there certain geography restrictions?

I was able to open it online, but not my wife. YMMV.

Thats strange, Chase normally allows only one reward checking per year.

ACH deposits

This is re the 15k HI points offer but the terms are (I think) the same.

I contacted Chase re my points not posting after I had done 3 months of $10 deposits from ING - this is their reply

'I can understand your concern regarding promotions. I will be to help.
In response to your inquiry, unfortunately the deposit were ACH deposits and not direct deposits. The promotion is expired and we are unable to override expired promotions. You may want to visit a local branch or contact our Telephone Sales department directly at 1-800CHASE24 (1-800-242-7324) to see if there is any way they can accommodate you. Representatives are available to assist you 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET, seven days a week.

I truly apologize for any confusion and/or inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you so much for choosing Chase for your banking needs.'

Any one else had miles (or points) post recently after using ING for their deposits ?. This had worked for me 2 years ago when I used it for CO miles.
