Have you actually been complying with the terms - physically going to each location and checking in from there? Every time?

Congrats. Now remember to checkin occassionally at other places in order to keep the train a-going. I also find that having friends makes them happy as well. Shouting out to no one kinda defeats the purpose.

I've been suspended
I already appealed but lost.
I used four square often for non hotel / airline checkins, but that did not protect me. I checked in at a cluster of hotels not far from my home very often.
Points posted occasionally but not always.
Party's over for me.

They are little devils!
I collected over 5,000 Priority Club points but did not add the PC account number. When I realized that, I went ahead and added my PC number. This was a big mistake.
My account was the day after frozen. Celeste Williams from Topguest sent me an email: "Hi Tallest Hotel In Japan, As previously mentioned, we've noticed that you seem to be using Topguest in ways that violate our Terms of Service. We are hereby closing your account and will not be forwarding instances of you receiving points to our partners. Regards, Topguest."
Needless to say that I never got an answer when I asked for an explication. Even the mail from Celeste Williams was an offense to me. "As previously mentioned...". Huuuuh? I did never get an email from Topguest. So, what was "previously mentioned"?
I wanted to fill a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I failed to find Topguest listed with the BBB.

In this situation the moment you put in your PC number TopGuest saw all your back check-ins at once, and this threw up the flag. I had a friend do something similar--forget his PC number and when he put it in all the back check-ins came through all at once. This looks like multiple checkins in a short period of time. This is a glitch, which you might be able to explain to them.
The #1 way to get shut down is multiple check-ins in a short amount of time. Space them out, giving yourself 2 hours or so between them.

Actually just looked it up. United stopped giving TopGuest miles as of June 15th.

Yes, probably. I should have denied the points and then add the number. Too bad. They did not answer my emails. I did explain the situation but no answer from Topguest.
