I'm surprised no one mentioned this. Virgin America did a very short TopGuest promo this month. Double points for check-ins on August 8, with a contest to award elite status to someone who checked in.
Going forward, their elite members will continue to earn double on TopGuest checkins.
Guess it gives us hope that something will survive in the future...

hi all.
I used this once last year to see what it was. have not used it since.
So, I went to the site, typed in the location finder, and checked the hotel from the list at the bottom, and then the popup at the top came on and I put
'share the location'.
Is this correct to get this to work for the 50 points?
It will post if you are actually at this location listed, correct?

I recently noticed that Topguest hadn't been posting points to priority club for me since march. I questioned them on it and they responded by shutting down my account even though I've been really careful to not overuse this service. I'm not sure if I can sign up again with a new email address or if I can get them to at least post the points I've earned.

Recently, I've found I do get the email and points post for PC - I usually check in once or twice a week depending on if I'm traveling or in London. HHonors points have not done so in a while now.

I get mine on random days
I've noticed that points have stopped posting for multiple programs, and I've confirmed with a neighbor that his have stopped working as well. Last successful post was 8/27. We're both still getting e-mails and the points show up on the TG website. No transfers.
Others experiencing the same thing?
