As long as the toggle button next to "FourSquare" on the "Settings" page is set to "On", you should be fine.
You can double-check that your check-ins are being reported by clicking on the "Rewards" tab at Topguest. It will show you a list of your check ins broken down by hotel property, date, and method of checking in.
I think as long as you see your check ins there, they will eventually get credited to your PC account.

I almost missed these with the Anywhere challenge points posting today also. I was thinking that they would post on the 13th of each month since my last points appeared on Aug 13 and Sept 13.

They just launched a new version of their website and additional partners:
Hilton HHonors: 50 points per checkin at DoubleTree
Virgin America: 25 points per checkin at a Virgin America airport terminal or baggage claim
Wyndham: 50 points at Wingate by Wyndham
Choice Privileges: 50 points at Quality Inn, Comfort Suites, Cambria Suites
I assume these are all limited to 1 checkin per day.
and a bunch of others that seem less useful to me.

I assume you can do one checkin for each program per day; so, 1 priority club hotel, 1 doubletree, 1 virgin america terminal, 1 choice location, etc, etc should all be fine on the same day.

Thanks! Good to know. I can't see a Twitter log in option anymore though. They only have a user name/password and Facebook log in.

I don't really use foursquare anymore, so I don't mind using it to get free points. However, the app is crashing a lot on me, I can't even link all my accounts properly.

I noticed the new additions on Topguest today as well. There is a Wyndam and a Comfort Suites on my drive to work. I will try checking-in more than once a day and see what happens. I am guessing that it will be limited to once per day just like PC is limited.
All my daily PC check-ins are posting.

That's cool...does that mean we can transfer the points we earn from Holiday Inn checkins for TopGuest to Hilton HHonors now? or are they not a redemption partner of TopGuest yet?

You don't earn "Topguest points", you earn Priority Club points, or Hilton HHonors points, so there's nothing to transfer or redeem.
