ORD-LAX-ORD is $127 or less every day from 12/9 to 12/15, 3490 miles.
Alternately, ORD-LAX-NRT-PVG-ORD out 12/9 return 12/10 is $625, 14824 miles. No visa needed.

Hello ,
I need 6.600miles in order to maintain my A3G gold status till the 23th of November and I am in need for a mile run.
I am located close to ATH(Athens) but I can move to another airport in Europe if the mile run is much cheaper. Obviously I would prefer to have a mile run from ATH to ATH.
I have the chance to buy up to 2000miles for A3 for 25EUR/500miles so i can be ok with a run of 4.600miles.
I would prefer A3 flights since i have some free business upgrade coupons left but the point is to maintain my status at the lowest cost.
Looking for a fast mile run , even within the same day or 1-2 days max.

YYZ-DEN-SFO-ANC-SFO-YYZ out 12/19 return 12/20 is USD 553, 8578 miles (or same day return on 12/18 for USD 658). HNL, OGG, KOA, etc. are a bit more and also satisfy the distance requirements.

Not opposed to other than US destinations, but would rather not have to pass through customs if I'm just doing a mileage run.
I wanted to lead off with the specifics so as to not spam this thread, but I'm shocked I've never seen this forum before considering I've spent hours/days trying to find the best bang for the buck mileage runs to save my status over the years, but this time I've got a very large void to fill and a baby on the way.
This year I wasn't able to travel as much due to illness until late May, so I have 24,746 PQM and $3,000 PQD to try and crunch before the end of the year. I will be flying at least two more round trips from PHX to ORD and since I usually get first class, if I'm not able to change from the non-stops, that's 11,520 miles and maybe $1,100-$1,200 PQD.
I am mainly trying to save my Gold status since it allows for the 24-hour free flight changes that have really come in handy and saves me thousands...

Why not go for a week off in Hawaii? PHX-DEN-HNL r/t in J goes for $1,250. You only need one trip and can even bring your significant other if you wish. Earns ~15,800 PQM's.
