I've been there before, don't mind going again since it's free. Got a 1 night stay during Christmas Eve.

We had a six night award stay at the Osaka Marriott Miyako the first week of October.
Getting to the Hotel
We took the express train from Kansai Airport (Haruka). As others have noted it is a little confusing finding the hotel from the JR station and the elevators are on the small side, but before long we had found our way and were headed up to the19th floor reception.
Check-in
Was fast and almost overwhelming (in a good way). We were greeted at the elevator and our bags politely taken. We could have gone to the concierge lounge to check-in but the front desk was empty so we just headed there. check-in was painless, Platinum status recognized and we chose the beers and snacks as a welcome gift. (it was unseasonably hot so a couple of ice cold Sapporo Extra Dry really hit the spot). I think the longest portion of the process was to go thought the welcome kit, Kintetsu store discounts, observation deck tickets, etc.
Room
We did not get an upgrade but did not expect one as we had burned extra points to book a corner room. The room was one of the nicest non-suite rooms we have experienced at a Marriott. Large working area, huge bath/shower/restroom and floor to ceiling windows
Concierge Lounge
This was by far the highlight. By the second day the staff called us by name. The breakfast selection was diverse and had western and Japanese options. The evening had a carving station and a considerable selection of dishes as well as complimentary cocktails. We found it a perfect stop before heading out. On the flight home we discussed the highlights of our Osaka trip and the amazing level of hospitality of the Concierge staff topped out list.
Overall Impressions
We stayed last year at the Marriot Taipei and while the attentiveness of the staff was similar the Miyako was somehow more polished and the hospitality was more effortless. This is completely subjective but all in all the hotel exceeded our high expectations and we would return here without hesitation

If you're coming from the JR station and enter via the basement level, you can take the much larger elevators instead of the two smaller hotel elevators. However you have to check the signs because not all six of those elevators serve 19F at all times.

In the lounge for afternoon tea right now. First time I've gone to it and a very nice afternoon snack.
Check in was smooth and easy. Both my wife and I were a little under the weather from the change in humidity so took the points for the arrival amenity. Room is on the 55th floor but not a corner this time. As the hotel was sold out in advance, wasn't expecting one this time (but I think my wife was ). One nice feature for acrophobe is that the bath tub isn't right next to a window. View from the main windows was great until the rain started and it's been a grey mist all day since.
Hitting a multiple of 10 during this stay but no bear, however a nice note from the GM welcoming us back. Very nice to see little details like that.
No seperate key cards this time either, and I see someone also mentioned that in the wiki. Unless there's a reason to keep that, I'll delete that line.
ETA: sky cleared a bit and can see Shitennoji temple from the room.
Just noticed that the 20% off at ZK for Gold/Plat had changed to a 10% off paper coupon with no mention of status but good for Cooka, Lounge Plus and Bar Plus in addition to ZK.
Interesting experience with room service: Forgot I had turned on the do not disturb light and the staffer called the room because they can't deliver or even knock if it's on, even though I had just ordered.

Mod: why do I see "hot girls" when I try to enlarge info
As above - get "Postimage" with lots of ads for hot Russian girls when I click to enlarge lounge letter!

On a more serious note - if you're having that problem, report it in the tech issues forum.
Cheers.

When I click on the menu it sends me to https://postimg.cc/image/8l2tqi8ft/ which displays lots of ads with the small menu below - I'll try the tech issues - weird - I hadn't ever even seen the "postimage" site before. Is there a way I can link this post to the tech thread?

As Wikiposts are community property available to and editable by all signed in members with 90 days and 90 posts, I have edited the Wikipost and deleted the embedded referral link in the displayed menu image (the postimg.cc link portion embedded into the image link.)
Again, the rubbish people may be seeing from the menu link is within the exclusive control of postimg.cc and its add suppliers, not FlyerTalk. This is not anything FlyerTalk Tech Support can do anything about.

Brief Note After Check-in
We are here for two nights as part of a National Geographic Expeditions tour. Prior to arrival I had my rewards number added to the reservation. From the moment we were greeted in the garage to being escorted to our room, we received top-flight service. I noticed on the sheet the first person had that MPP was written next to my name, and we were forced to sample tiramisu and panna cotta pre-registration in the lounge during tea-time because they were a bit busy.😁
As we approached the room I thought, ah a corner, we've been upgraded. Then the door was opened and I realized that we've been UPGRADED. The suite has North and West views.
Ironically because it's part of a tour, no points, not even the 500 - had to 'settle' for mixed nuts and white wine as the welcome gift. Life on the road can be such a b**** sometimes.😂
