I think I read somewhere about autograph collections coming to Cartagena but it looks like a Tribute Portfolio is coming this month? https://www.marriott.com/hotels/trav...rtfolio-hotel/
interesting area right outside the walled city but good to finally have a Marriott option in Cartagena after the Sheraton project looks to be stalled out. |

I‘d say this is a rather safe bet:

The AC Hotel Kierland Scottsdale (being built in the parking lot of the Westin) is coming along well.

M by Montcalm in London Shoreditch is rebranding. I suspect it will be another Autograph Collection property. Stayed here two years back and liked it a lot.

Mods - could we create a wiki at the top of this thread and/or make this thread sticky on the main page? Hilton has a thread for hotels joining/leaving as a sticky, while IHG has one categorized by brand. I've created master lists of upcoming Le Méridien, W, St. Regis, EDITION and Tribute Portfolio openings and would like to put them out for sharing/information.
Thoughts? khabah |

And I wouldn't. There is no marriott page anymore...
And it is not on the hotel list... “ The HotelThe new hotel is to become part of Marriott’s prestigious Autograph Collection. It is located in an elegant and historic palazzo (Palazzo Paoli) from 1500 in the historic center of Lucca, a Tuscan art city. In fact, the Grand Universe Lucca is the only luxury hotel in the city’s historic center. The best architecture and design firms are working on the renovation, and they’ve designed a new hotel that harmoniously blends art and culture with the most modern and technological concepts of luxury hospitality. There is also a focus on respecting the environment.” |

Marriott plans to open 12 new Autograph Collection properties in Europe this year. The properties will be:
https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...9af74e691f.jpg The sign reads AC Hotels Marriott and next to it Autograph Collection. Brand confusion? The part that promised a 2019 opening is covered up. No new promises. The location is superb and Sevilla is a fantastic city. |
