Not sure when this happened but I got an email from the Hotel Teatro in Porto, which used to be one of the Design Hotels suggesting that is is no longer. It's not showing as available, so don't know when it changed. I felt it was a great option for Porto, given it's central location. We had a great stay there in 2017.
"We are very pleased to inform you that the Hotel Teatro in Porto has now become part of the Portuguese hotel group PortoBay Hotels & Resorts. The new PortoBay Hotel Teatro is functioning normally and will be subject to some refurbishment in the coming months to bring it more into line with the PortoBay brand."

There's yet another Starriott/Bonvoy property coming to the Bloomington strip along I-494 going west from the airport and past the MOA:

An element is under construction (according to a sign on the fence) on what seems to be the same lot as the AC Bloomington (next to MOA) and a small strip of several modest restaurants. For people who know the area, the construction zone would be in "South Loop" along the east side of 24th Avenue (I-494 exit) about a half block south of Lindau Lane, essentially diagonally across the little outdoor parking lot from the AC and stuck into what looks like a small footprint between the AC's parking garage (= "ramp" in Minnesotan) and the huge MOA parking ramp across 24th Street that's close to Sears (RIP soon).

It's too soon to guess how many stories or when the element will open.

Here's a news report from January 2019:

UK-based hotel management firm RBH has announced the start of work on the new Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Inverness, Scotland.

The city's first Courtyard by Marriott hotel, owned and developed by Molo Hotels, is set to open later this year.

Located within Inverness Airport Business Park, offering quick, easy access to Inverness Airport, the 130-room hotel will feature thoughtfully designed guestrooms, as well as meetings and fitness facilities, a bar and bistro.

More here:

It will be a modular building, with bedrooms currently under construction in Poland.

The property will be the midrange Courtyard brand’s debut in the Scottish city. Aberdeen and Glasgow airports and central Edinburgh all have Courtyard hotels.

...

Last year Marriott announced plans to open nearly 30 Courtyard hotels across Europe by the end of 2020, which would expand its footprint in the region by around 50 per cent. One is scheduled to open near London City Airport next year.

Like the Luton Airport and Edinburgh West properties, Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport will be owned and built by Polish developers Molo Hotels (previously Polcom Developments) and operated by RBH.

British Airways and KLM have both announced plans to operate more flights to Inverness during the summer season.

It sounds as if it's much-needed:

Inverness economist Tony Mackay added: “This is obviously good news for the economy, as well as provide new jobs. International tourism to the Highlands is currently booming because of the fall in the value of the pound after the Brexit vote.

“Hotel occupancy rates and room prices in Inverness rose significantly during 2018 so I am not surprised at this new development.

“The Inverness Airport Business Park (IABP) has struggled since it was set up, so the new hotel is a very welcome development for it and might help to encourage other businesses to locate there.”
