Not sure this has been reported as this is not among the popular cards to use. I did not find any posts reading from 3 months back on this topic.

The Pending charge does NOT drop off when the billing posted.

I had 1K funding on 6/29 and the billing was posted on 07/01, but the Pending remains. My CL is high enough so it does not make much of a difference. Will report back when the Pending falls off - probably would be sometime next week.

I don't have this issue when loading TD Buxx.

This is the first time using the QS for TD GO. The pending took 3 days to post, i.e. 06/29 funding, then 07/01 posting so the reward earned is included in the cash reward amount. However the 06/29 pending also remains pending. My assumption is QS pending would take 7 days to fall off, similar to Chase', but not like Citi's which my experience in the distant past, took 30 days for it to auto-fall off.

UPDATE:

Took a look on 07/05, the pending from 06/29 is not there anymore. So it falls off in 7 days max. Would be interesting to see if it still has a hanging pending on the 2nd funding.

Just another tool in the box to help things along.:)

+1 great min spend cards.

Has anyone loaded $5k per month for TD and USB Buxx cards with United Explorer or SW chase cards? I am wondering how much is safe to avoid shut downs.

For those who are not in a state where you can get the TD card, the US Bank card is still available for new applicants. You just have to find the link ...

I got the same error when tying to load USB Buxx with Citi AA. Switching to another CC didn't help. Probably there are some underlying limits for USB Buxx.

Same here with Citi AA. One rep also told me that maximum load per rolling 24 hours is now $517.50.

Also seems like maximum balance at any time is now $1035 since USB won't let me load any higher.

EDIT: my mistake, ignore the above. I tried two consecutive transactions of $517.50 on the same CC and both went through this time. It was Citi's fraud department trying to block me last time.

From the Wiki:
Max load per day: $2,000 per CC
Max load per rolling 30 days: $2,000 per card, but $5k per CC (if you have multiple teen cards.)
Max value at any time: $2,000

No crackdowns for loads and unloads as far as I'm aware of. And in the case for TD buxx, doing only $60 ATM withdraw each time and then potentially getting shutdown will be a joke anyway as I live in NYC and that won't even buy dinner for wife and myself with drinks thrown in. D

Guys look harder, there is other stuff out there than just TD and the buxx for certain states. Enjoy this while it lasts.

ninim2200 Jul 6, 2014 5:42 am

@Ceber, i went ahead and ordered one to test it out.

st.exupery Jul 7, 2014 1:35 am

Probably a trivial point, but loading US Buxx w. Chase Ink Plus did not impact my cash advance limit, even when pending.

how many TD parent accounts can one SSN have? And how many teen cards can one parent account have (I have three SSNs I can use for teen)? I'm just trying figure out how far you can push this. Please share your experience..

Also I have a data point to share. I currently have one parent account under my SSN and two teen cards with this account using my husbands SSN. I tried to set up another parent account also under my SSN and set up a teen card with a fat-fingered SSN. The first teen card went though and TD mailed the card. Before I received the first teen card, I set up a second one with the same info. This time TD shut me down, canceled the second parent account and would not give a solid reason when I called in... I'm not exactly sure what the trigger is. The fake SSN or a second parent account under the same SSN... please advice.

You want advice on how you can commit fraud using fake ssn? Have some decency.
