Well the wiki states: Max load per 7 days: $2,000. Max transactions: $2,000 / 7 days, so that's why I was asking if it was up to date or not. I never touched my cash advanced limit. Perhaps I need to enable it and that is why it's not working.

TD Bank Go Buxx

Initial purchase fee: $4.95 + $1 load fee.
Max load per day: $1,000
Max load per 7 days: $2,000
Max load per rolling 30 days: $3,000
Max per ATM withdraw: $60/week. (No fee at TD Bank.)
Max balance: $2,000
Max transactions: $2,000 / 7 days
Max load per funding CC (across multiple teens): $6,000 per 30 days

Hi does anyone know if the wiki is up to date? The reason I ask is because I loaded just under $500 using NW Buxx 2 days ago and then tried to load $480 today with a different card and it said I had used up my loads. I loaded my TD go with a chase card 2 days ago with 990 with no problem and then I tried to load TD go with Citi bus. card for $980 and that would not work either. wiki says limit is $2000 in 7 days which I didn't reach. Any idea's?

I have been gone for about a month. So, I have not read 30-50 pages of postings, but I have read the last 10 pages or so, and no one has commented regarding what happened to me today. I went to a normal checkout line to load Serve/BB. She glanced over at a supervisor and indicated that I needed to do that at the Money Center. That is, WM Money Center (not Kate - there is none there, but a live human). I attempted to load Serve with USB Buxx. I got a red Error 1 Error 2 Error 3 flash across the screen. She told me it was not a good debit card. I told her it was. I tried my other Buxx and got the same error. She said 'it came from corporate' - no prepaid debit can be used to load any Amex (BB/Serve) card. I found this to be true online (that is, Amex called me when I attempted to load Serve with prepaid Debit and 'reminded' me it is not allowed), but I have used Buxx at WM to load Serve/BB for 4-5 months with never a problem. Today looks like the end of the road for unloading Buxx. Loading is still cool, easy, fast, simple - don't need to put my pants on. I will be at another WM tomorrow about 30 mi away and see what happens then. But, if that fails, I have a lot $2K balance on 2 Buxx cards (and $2k on 3 TD cards) that appear to have no way to unload that I know of except WM BP or MO. If anyone has any additional info as to what new policy WM may have and/or other means to unloaded a loaded Buxx card, I'm all ears.

I decided to post a reply when no one commented to the OP about loading Serve. I think if WM changed the loading to recognize Buxx at the Money Center they have (or soon will) change Kate as well.

Also for the NW Buxx card I got 200 cash back at a store and then tried to go to a completely different store the same day and the transaction got declined. I didn't see anything about this in the wiki but it seems they are treating any cash withdrawal, ATM or cash back at a store, as the $200 limit. I assume this is per week?

May we ask just how did you set up your accts.
I'm assuming all the parents info were true, but what did you do with the "teen" info. Did you use a valid SSN or perhaps use your own SSN again for the "teen"?

Yes. Clock will reset in 7 days.

If it's an ink bold it isn't actually a credit card and therefore I don't think it can process a cash advanced payment which is why it won't work. I couldn't even get a chase sapphire preferred to work, but can get other chase cards to work fine.

How much is the CA limit for your Ink? It has to be greater than the amount you are trying to load to TD Buxx

Yes, the Chase Ink card I have is the Ink Bold and I believe the last time I checked the CA was about $2000

I did not use Buxx but a regular Visa GC not from Bancorp on Friday, and I got the same error messages. However when I reswiped the card again, it brought up the PIN entry screen and I was able to load BB.

I just signed up for NW Buxx and got it when trying to add a teen. Does it resolve itself after a few days? Am I SOL? I'm hoping that trying again tomorrow will have better luck.

i saw that even though my Available for Cash Advance was low, there was no Cash Advance Balance. I am totally confused how these 3 different components interact and affect each other.

Have you exceeded your daily/weekly/monthly load limits on the buxx account (or across different accounts when loading with the same cc)?

You could be right. I have the Ink Bold, which is a charge card and not a CC. I thought I had $2000 cash advance on this card but must have mistaken for another card I have. Just called Chase and they told me the CA on the card was zero as all charge cards don't have CA.
Just wondering if anyone also have the INK BOLD card ever made a working load with TDgo?
