Anyone have experience with changing only one card on Chase? It seems to allow me to associate each card with a diff address/number/email. Changed one card to a TD Bank allowed state, and will try to pull the trigger on it in a few days.

Not with Chase, but it shouldn't be an issue. Be wary of using that one card for large purchases in person as that will very likely trigger fraud alerts since you are "away" from your address associated with the card.
According to the CSR I spoke with they see a lot of fraud through that channel. Think about it - if I got your CC number I could open four teens, load each with 2k, and pull the money off the same day and disappear. |

Interestingly I got a call from a credit card company yesterday questioning Buxx loads. They sort of didn't care that I was using my card to do Buxx loads, but wanted to make sure it was really me.

update - WM and Buxx load to Serve/BB
Yesterday I was at San Ramon, CA on Alcosta. Today was Pittsburg, CA on Loveridge. Today, using a regular checkout line, I successfully loaded $1k from USB Buxx to BB and $1K from USB Buxx to Serve, no fees, no hassles, no ID check, no problems.
I will actually be back in San Ramon tomorrow so I'll see what happens. But there were many aspects of the event that did not look good. Checkout cashier saying 'we don't load BB here anymore, go to the Money Center' and Money Center CSR saying 'prepaid cards cannot be loaded to Amex products anymore' and 'it came from corporate, it isn't just us'. So, again, I'll report tomorrow, but if corporate is rolling something out, it didn't get to Pittsburg yet. |

Have you exceeded your daily/weekly/monthly load limits on the buxx account (or across different accounts when loading with the same cc)?
This was my first load attempt with new exec card. May move on to other options. Barclays worked just fine. |
I just tried to pay a Citibank credit card over the phone with one of my TD Go cards (done it many times over the last couple of months) and it got rejected for "transaction limit". I looked over my loads/debit history and AFAIK should be ok:
I've loaded $1k each on 5/14 and 5/19, spent $2k on 6/3, then loaded $1k each again on 6/5 and 6/16. I couldn't make a payment of $2k, or even $900. What limit am I hitting? I should be good to spend the $2k balance on this right? |

Does the Citi Card you're trying to pay off have an outstanding balance of > $2k? I got an error message similar to that when I was trying to pay $500 and my Citi Card only had a ~$10 balance (pending charges do not count).

Is there a 4 transaction per 7 day limit on USBuxx?

Was Kate not working? Something about these cards that doesn't please her?

Confused. So did you find another cashier and successfully load your card after being declined by one cashier?
