The main reason to shut you down is if you are unprofitable
Since there are no fees, and debit swipes earn little, the only way they make money is if you float a balance and/or cross selling you other products.
I expect that loading followed by immediate cash-out will be looked on poorly

I got and received one today as a replacement for my Metabank Bluebird bank account that will soon be subject to $3.74/load in fees. What are the limits on this per month, per day, or per transaction? I'm assuming it behaves like other reloadable at Walmart counting as 1st swipe?

Also, my attempt yesterday was at a regular cashier checkout for reference. I didn't get any option to run the MGC as debit.

Just converted my MCGCs to Metabank VGCs and went to Walmart this morning.
Was not able to get any $200 to work. I was able to get $100 loaded from a $200 card but it took 8 different swipes and the cashiers were fed up with me. I got a lot of error code 01 and 56 "Debit not available" and also "Debit not authorized" codes. I made sure to press the yellow "Change payment" button and select debit. What did I do wrong?

Correct. I was having a lot of trouble liquidating the Staples MCGC. It was getting rejected everywhere, so I went this morning to turn my MCGCs into VGCs.

But then, I had about a 30% success rate loading Discover with those VGCs. I don't know what I did that caused some of them to work and some of them not to.

Yeah, I got that info from the back of the package. Are you saying that Incomm and USB VGCs can load the whole thing in one swipe? Like $200 or $500 to Discover in one simple go?

Thank you for the advice. Is there a trick to getting Meta to work? I don't understand how I swiped for $100 10 times but somehow 3 of them went through.
