I have good news and bad news regarding the Incomm switchover.
Good news - Incomm Vanilla Visa and Vanilla MC gift cards work just like the Blackhawk ones despite what it says on the back about needing to set a PIN, so BAU as far as liquidating the cards.
Bad News - Incomm’s fraud detection is more aggressive than Blackhawk’s. The store got two phone calls right after the purchase ($2k). So, cut back or else we will eventually be cut off.

There security dept is VERY vigilant..They know exactly what you bought..thus the immediate phone calls to store after your large purchase of VGC. Has happened to me many times at my go to store with very amenable store manager who let me buy thousands in VGC over course of 2019-2021. Security dept finally told her to cut me off. No great loss to me tho. You will be cut off at Safeway eventually with large purchases so don’t over do it.
Another point is that CVS and Kroger doesn’t get L3 data so is very easy to stay under the radar there.

Is there any specific thread regarding SS card in the forum where I can learn about it? I am not newbie but I never heard of SS card or use them. I always order SMGC online or buy GC at grocery store or OD/Staples. What is so special about SS card? Thanks everyone.

SS cards work (for the time being) whereas SMGCs are now almost functionless for MS activity.
