Anyways, took the mgr comments with grain of salt so I went to another RA down the street and successfully loaded serve using visabuxx(2 transactions, $400 & $200). Checked receipt, visabuxx acct, and serve acct and everything looks good. This was done today 1/21 at 11a.

I will try both VGC and OVGC later today.

You are right, whenever I assume people aren't complete idiots I'm inevitably proven wrong, so I shouldn't assume that "just loaded" meant at least since the day started this morning. I take it back.

Does this mean serve changed something so less than 500 load works?

My Rite Aid management would not let me do Serve Loads anymore. The option is still there. They said they received a memo on AMEX cards earlier in the week. I was unable to see the memo. Will try another nearby store though.

Hey guys. My first post, but I haven't seen anything on it since this just happened to myself a couple days ago. I reloaded on my One VIP 2k at Rite-Aid on the 19th with VGC. The next day I went in to load 500 more, and got that error you guys saw. Whatever, here's the kicker though. I went to Family Dollar and tried to load it, no joy. So the next day I try to get a MO via Walmart. No joy. So at this point I look at the card via VISA. The funds were debited via Rite Aid, but never made it onto my One VIP. I'm now trying to find out how to get my money back. So this is just something to be cognizant of. I will head to Rite Aid and let them know. I'll keep you guys updated.

Loading 1k at RA no issue.

First time loading Serve at Rite Aid. 5 x 500 debit cards from Metabank. No problem and Cashier gave me instructions.

Sorry if I missed it, but does Rite Aid do gobank reloads? And if so is there a fee? Thanks

does one vanilla GC purchased from rite aid can be loaded succesfully on serve card at another rite aid ?

ok great .. one more thing does Rite aid genreally allow purchasing vanilla GC with credit card (if u have name matching DL) ? Also do we get plenti points for the GC purchase at rite aid ?
