Okay.. Good to know. The Simon people at the upscale mall (I feel out of place) by my house are very nice and told me that the papers just get filed in case of an audit.. I am just worried the marketing manager(s) will notice me buying almost 20k of "product" a day..

Just got a couple Amex cards I need to hit Minimum Spend on (8k). Any recent issues with purchasing Simon Gift Cards with Amex cards to hit min spend? Im only going to do 3k on the amex plat

Nope I bought VGCs with my AMEX. Be careful though you don't want to get hit with a FR right away.

I made my first GC purchase last week for 1k. When filling out the form, it asks what the purpose of the cards is for. I naturally wrote "gift."
Does anyone write in something else when making large purchases in the 5-10k range?

I am just leaving my mall where I arrived too late and they were sold out of cards. My usual associate told me that they are now losing money on these gift cards so they are only getting about half the usual daily stock, about 50 per day he said which is gone by 10 AM.
