Two things:
1. Since 2011, 1099s have had to report cost basis: "Starting in tax year 2011, brokers must report the adjusted basis and whether any gain or loss on a sale is classified as short-term or long-term from the sale of "covered securities" on Form 1099-B."http://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Small-...Reporting-FAQs
2. It's fairly easy to cut and paste the transactions into a spreadsheet from the loyal3 website. Then, write simple formulas for profit/loss, basis/proceeds.

I could be wrong here, but my understanding is that the 2500 buy limit is per stock per month, but yours would only be testing whether you could buy more than 2500 in total stock, which isn't actually a limit. (I'm assuming you are doing a 50$/buy of the 52 stocks--the max they say they allow for a CC purchase).

If you initiate a sale of stock before 2PM Eastern time on a trading day, the sale will be initiated that afternoon. The funds should be available in your Loyal3 account approximately 3 business days after the sale, at which point you can transfer it out to your linked checking account.
