loyal3 free stock trades with credit/debit card

This is not for everyone, if you already invest in stocks keep reading. If you don't this is not for you.

I just bought 1 share($531) of Apple with a credit card, please only buy something you believe in and do your homework. I don't plan on buying and selling right away. Pick a slow mover like walmart if you want to try it out.

You don't have control of when they buy/sell within the day you pick, like a mutual fund.

Again be cautious. I own 35 shares of apple already, so I feel confident holding it for years if I have to.

You will have to file a schedule D on your taxes for these trades...still a great opportunity if its all true, ill sell my $531 in stock in a few days as a test and let you guys know the result.

there is an older thread on this but it is very old and pre man spend section of FT.

they negotiate a discount purchase rate for buying in bulk and they only buy sell 1 time per day.
If this is the same company I did research on before..

They only have about 50 stocks to choose from, so not a replacement for sharebuilder

Agree with F0xx. This is not for everybody. If you can't afford to lose everything, don't do this.

Remember, these are not cash equivalents. They are called risky assets for a reason.

to me it sounds awesome, I have 100 free trades annually in my wells retirement accounts but funding stocks with cc is amazing, I just don't want to see inexperienced stock buyers ignore the inherent risk involved in trading. Only buy what you believe in, be prepared to wait out a lull in a stock you think has a real future, not some fad.

Thanks for posting this, drdrew450. I see a couple of stocks I've wanted to get back into on their list and my Arrival card would be perfect to use.

Would also love to hear if anyone is using, and the mcc - if coded as a cash advance, appeal is virtually nil

This is interesting. I wonder if some of us will take the bait. As OP noted, invest in something that isn't going to change much over the next week (wallyworld). Buy today with CC. Once it settles, request to sell and wait 3 days for it to settle. Transfer funds to checking account. Pay CC. Looking at about 2 weeks turn around. Potential of a small gain or moderate loss of course.
