I deleted my PP Biz Debit from the debit card list after it was banned. I should've left it there.

That sucks. I remember you wrote about this a few days ago. I had a similar complaint. The payments that I made finally showed up to my account as of yesterday morning, Sep. 15. They were meant to be received on Aug 29.

What I did to.. inspire... a response was to file a complaint with the BBB. The parent company here is PreCash, Inc., and it's based out of Houston, TX. So you'd file with the Houston BBB. The process is quick and easy, imo, and I was eventually put in touch with someone who is empowered to provide information and resolve complaints.

Thanks for the tip! I'm glad your issue was resolved. I will definitely go the BBB route if this is not resolved in three business days.

I have the same issue with my mortgage of which 960 was paid through Evolve and was delivered on September 10(as per Evolve). It was not delivered till today. I opened a case today, sent them the billing statement etc, I got the same 5 day waiting mail.

As my due date is Oct 1, will wait till 26/27 and see if the situation resolves. This is a mess and I am glad that I used my Go Bank card not a GC.

Since you were smart enough to pay far in advance, why is this "a mess?" Are you just concerned about future payments being late?

I believe the OP means "a mess" as in that you expect the payment to be received when it's supposed to. While yes luckily he/she was smart enough to pay in advance, it doesn't stop the stress of wondering WTH your money is.

Have already used up my quota for the month using a debit card payment to mortgage company and tried paying same mortgage again with a reloadit and got an " you've already paid this merchant" for the month. please try again next month message. I thought reloadits were treated as cash and unlimited? If not, the wiki should be updated.....

is there any word around for pre-payment of GC ? I mean, for my utility company, to avoid $1.5 fee I have to choose to pay the next day, then the payment will fail. anyone know how to do ?

keep moving the date until the charge date says today but the delivery date is in the future....

I used to pay all the amount through Evolve and this is first time I paid using Evolve and BB, BB was delivered on time.

I have not dealt with partial payments from multiple sources before and is a mess for me.

I had the same problem paying my own electric bill (a different company), although I tried about 3 or 4 times with failed payments. Here's what happened:
- If I made the payment today (and charge today), it would want to charge a $1.50 express fee (which I don't want to pay).
- If I made the payment tomorrow, it would not charge an express fee, but would charge the debit card tomorrow.
- If I made the payment 2 days from today (doing the transaction with Evolve on Wednesday and making the due date Friday), it would charge today (Wednesday) and pay the electric company on Friday.

I haven't seen the transaction go through yet, so I don't want to say this works. I'll probably know on Friday or Monday when the transaction posts to my electric bill account. At the same time, it's showing that it's charging today (including when I check my debit card balance online), so it looks like it will go through.

It seems strange that you need to go out 2 days in order for it to charge today (versus going out one day and charging tomorrow). Hope that information helps.
