New evolve glitch -- after entering amount, and clicking next, says "Amount is required (e689)." But the calendar month glitch seems to be fixed.

May I ask whats the point of using this service if it just allows debit cards? Will it also let me use my prepaid cards from rebates (I checked tho day say DEBIT over the VISA sign)?
But even then I can just use them to pay my bill directly, it is not like this evolve will let me cash them, right? thanks |

I got hit with a returned check fee for a payment that didn't go through on evolve. Anyone have trouble with that? Also, is there anyway to pay a bill with a gift card without express delivery?
It only seems to work if they don't offer express pay for the biller. |
