There is a new thread on this topic for 2017. It is here.

As always, YMMV from store to store and cashier to cashier.

Any product affiliated with InComm or ITC Financial Services(like Vanilla VISA, Vanilla MC, and OneVanilla VISA) will not work for swiped-PIN transactions exceeding $49.99.

NO variety or design of VISA or MC Gebit's auto-drain at Walmart.

You cannot successfully swipe more than 4 cards in a single transaction.

Before you swipe, the cashier needs to know how much you want removed from each and every Gebit because they need to type in that amount. Of course, the Gebit must have a current balance of that amount or more otherwise you will get Error 51.

Very few Kate's can sell money orders anymore.

With your BB gone, I assume you are loading Serve now at the registers?

I've got this once at a store also. The hard coded limit is still 4, perhaps its a policy that particular store made, or the employee was confused.

That sentence doesn't even make sense.

Bear in mind the person who posted that has 1 post on FT and a join date of Nov 2016, so possibly new to MS.

I think what the meant to say was "I can swipe no more than 2 cards in a single transaction."

Short story: No, WM did not change their rule, you can swipe up to 4.

Long story: Some WM's and even some cashiers make their own rules. It's no use arguing with them. If they tell you two is the max, get one $1k money order with two cards and leave happy. Try again later with a different CSR or try a different WM.

Yes, I am new for MS. I tried different Walmart, some cashier didn't have any problems to swipe up to 4 VGC. I bought 2 MO for $999.30 and swiped 4 VGC. but some cashier told me because it's VGC. thus, it only take 2 VGC.
Thanks for respond.
Is any fee if i want to use VGC to load into BB??

Been out of this for a few months, need to finish up my CSR min spend. Most of what I'm reading is people using multiple VGCs at once and having issues. If I were to use one Metabank VGC at once would I run into any hard-coded issues buying an MO?

Twice this weekend, I purchased MO's with four swipes of Metabank VGC's. There are no hardcoding issues. Any issues are likely the product of local policies, or individual clerks.

Or communication failure on the network.

Otherwise Meta works at WMT and the same old rules applied.

Awesome, thank you guys! Picked up a $500 Meta, probably gonna run to Walmart tonight and try it out. Had no problems in the summer at this store so hopefully it goes well.

Edit: Went well. Thank god.

4 X $200 at my WM today. One $799.30 MO. Easy Peasy. Nothing's changed...
