Floral worked, but didn't give gas points, black kevlar worked AND gave gas points, 500 for $500 spend, = 50 cents off / gallon

on the black vgc, can u check to see what the expiration mo & yr is? strange that i picked up 2 black that has different exp. date; 1 gave gas pt but another didn't & no recollection which 1 gave gas pt

Also, my card had a $10 off $50 coupon appear a couple days ago, which stacked with a $5 off $50 that appeared earlier (these are for $50 in groceries, probably not gift cards).

Did they both give you the $10 off? For gas points, my wild guess is that newer cards give the gas points, until Safeway notices and updates their system (but I don't know if that's what's really happening; if so, it's funny that they keep having the same issue over and over).
Edit: I just tried a $500 black kevlar, expiration 3/3026. No gas points. Got the $10 discount. At Vons in California.

The kevlar was 03/26 and the florals were 04/24. Design is slightly different too, no sticker on the front.
