apparently confirmed . i would have preferred Aman ^....which was rumoured some time back to be looking at st petersburg.

New fs in baku and almaty
A fs branded hotel has been confirmed for baku azerbaijan

and also for almaty khazakstan..by the way the fs in dubai has been ditched

Does anyone have a list of what projects are in the works (meaning they are actually going to go ahead with construction) and what the opening date is?

Seems like London will be getting its 3rd FS, right in the City at Bishopsgate, according to this article:

seems they got permit for hotel, then asked for permit for residences. that went up all the way up to supreme court, which said no. not sure whether developer is interested in building without residences?

jeese, delays since at least 1999 or 1995.

You beat me to it by one day. This will be on the island in the center of Porto Arabia, the more public half of The Pearl, Doha's version of The Palm in Dubai. The first condos and shops are open in the The Pearl, although the land scheduled for the hotel is just an empty plot at the moment.
