Let's hope if they use the US Air seat design, they'll keep accepting their miles as payment for it.

I was on a 747 earlier this year when the new C seat was tested , looks nothing like the seats on slide 7.

Sorry , looked at the wrong slide , the C I saw looked exactly like that.^

The never ending arrow on C retrofit is not encouraging .

Presentation is gone now so perhaps that wasn't meant to be public.

The presentation is still there but without "the" image.

Either it was the image of the new C seats or it was not!

Be careful guys. This removal does proof that someone from LH is spying on us on a daily basis

Where is a picture of the seats? Following Oliver's link I go to "Finanzmeldungen" and shareholders' analysis.

You mean like CX? They are using the same model of C full flat seat. Except US announced and deployed it first.

US will have their A330 fleet converted by the end of 2012. But hey, LH is only 5 years behind or so...

Cool seat, but with that angle it will be weird sitting next to someone you don't know as you will be forced to nearly face each other.

The lucky few who got to try this out in reality, how was it from this point?

I do not understand one thing: Will this seat be installed like 1-2-1 or 2-2-2? Because it looks like 2-2-2 as the 2 shown seats are at the window side.... This would mean very little discretion for people travelling alone...!?

The seats on the pic look very much like the new ones CX is in the process of re-fitting. They have a 1-2-1 config on both the 777 and the 330/340 aircraft. Also, there is a divider between the 2 seats in the middle, so no such thing as playing footsie.

However, I have a feeling that LH will be going for a for a 2-2-2 config

OK so just to make things very clear as everyone is speculating.

Here are the facts. The new C seat is not the same as CX's new J as CX uses the Cirrus platform by Sicma -Zodiac Aerospace. LH's new C/cl seat vendor is B/E Aerospace.
