You just go to the SEN level and see if a shower stall room is free. No need to ask anyone for permission

Sounds like this person was denied access to SEN level (similar to my situation)?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this when searching. My wife and I will be arriving next week on LH400 in F, with a 3 hour layover. I assumed we'd only get into the United Club (as members), but then I saw on the LH website that they specifically call out the JFK lounge as a place to "freshen up" before heading into NYC.

I haven't flown through JFK internationally in years. I assumed that after arrival we wouldn't have access to the area in which the LH lounge is located. My wife and I are departing on UA and US, respectively. Any chance we can crash here instead of the United Club?

It's after Security in Terminal 1. So it would be really difficult to get access to this.
How about trying the Swiss lounge in T4. This is in the general space area.

IIRC with the Delta renovations, all those lounges are now airside

One more question .....

I have an upcoming trip on Brussels from JFK-BRU - we have two free Business class tickets - I have Star Gold Status via UA and US and my companion has mo status - can we access the Senator portion of the LH lounge at JFK ? Thanks for any info

Business class lounge access after 9:30pm?

I'm flying JFK-FRA next week on LH 405 departing at 11:20pm. According to the LH website, the Business Class lounge at JFK closes at 9:30pm. Ummmm...where do I go after that?! It seems absurd that there's no lounge access for premium class passengers after 9:30 for a 11pm flight.

No worries. The lounge will stay open until 405 boards...
