AHC96 For the blocked seats I don't know, I posted the same question, but no replies so far. The Expertflyer error is common: after OLCI opened Expertflyer doesn't show the seat maps anymore.

A pending equipment change, perhaps?

I've heard or read that the first few middle rows on the 789 (in J) don't have overhead bins, can anyone confirm this?

I think you are right. I recently had consecutive 787 flights on KL, AM and AF, but had window seats on all. I do recall noticing a lack of middle row bins, but for the life of me can't remember which flight(s) that was on.

Johan

I can confirm that the first few rows of the middle section on the 777s and 787s dont have overhead bins. Its because of the cockpit crew rest area being right there.

Just read that KLM received two new triple 7's this week.
Does anyone know what the seat configuration is like in J, are they 1-2-1, or 2-2-2?
Does anyone know if there are any plans to update the J-seats on the existing triple 7 fleet?

I'll be boarding one of them tomorrow and the seat map shows 2-2-2, yet with many seats blocked for some reason.

Config is the old J 2-2-2. Plans are definitely there, but dont get your hopes up for a quick refit.

A330-300 Row 10 armrests?

I'm looking to book the middle 4 seats of row 10 (front of economy comfort) on an upcoming A330-300 flight AMS-BOS. Are the armrests of these seats movable or fixed?

773 1D/1G footwell

Do these two seats both have wider footwells or only 1D?

Thanks

I believe all J-bulkhead seats have a wider space for your feet (row 1 and row 6). I often select 1A which I can confirm has a wider footwell.

Interesting that the 777 fleet will gain 1J seat each. Are they simply going to get the same J as the 787-10 or is something else in the works?

Sad to see the Y+ seat count reduced but to be expected.
