Worth noting that they just changed their terms to say "at least 30 days", down from "at least 60 days".

please post an update if you get a response! - I am missing points from many different purchases in Jan and Feb as well

they did--apparently, amazon gave jetblue no direct way to track points. They said to send them a list of all transactions more than 60 days old.

I am going to download a list and do it. But this is nuts.

One the bright side (for me at least), my points actually posted sometime within the last 12 hours.

Just an update, because people asked me to. Once I sent JetBlue an excel file with all my purchases that were more than 30 days old, they transferred me to a points specialist, who seems to have manually added about 2500 points (which, if I looked back, would be roughly what I am missing) to my account. So worth being on top of them if things don't seem to add up. I think I might have to do this every few months.

I shop Amazon frequently and saw the portal through the Jet Blue website. So what did I continue to do? Forget about their portal and continued to buy directly through Amazon... I want to kick myself.

Seems crazy that Amazon and JetBlue aren't talking to each other more on this matter. Good to know chatting with them works! I'll have to double check this thread in a few months, don't shop on Amazon much, bu placed a few purchases through my JetBlue link lately.

Only got 1 order posted across various purchase so far... took a closer look at the terms, and it says:

How do I earn TrueBlue points when I shop at Amazon.com?
It's easy! You can earn 3 points per eligible dollar spent by clicking on your unique link above, which will prompt you to sign in to your TrueBlue account and bring you to the Amazon.com homepage. Only items added to your cart within 24 hours of clicking the unique link are eligible to earn TrueBlue points. This offer is not valid when using the Amazon mobile app. When shopping with your mobile device, please ensure you are shopping on Amazon.com through a web browser.

So does that mean if the item have been sitting in your cart for awhile, and you won't get the points??

More than likely yes. They use browser cookies for this feature, and cookies expire after 24h. I guess they need record of both adding an item and paying for it.

No wonder I am not getting the points. I usually finish adding the stuff I need into the cart, then close the tab and link through Jetblue to finish the purchase. I might mean I will need to take extra steps by deleting the items in my cart (if they are sitting there for awhile), and re-add them after linking through Jetblue...

Right, your cart should be empty before you ever click through the JetBlue link. If you have things already in your cart, no guarantee you will get the bonus points for anything.

You can always move something from the cart to "save for later" and use that as a cache.

Then you can click on the item and be taken back to it's page, where you can add it again.

I used to just directly move them from "save for later" into the cart but I guess technically they are already in my cart... Next time I will use your approach.
